Mr. Donde founded Microscan in 1996 and manages it with highest leadership standards and progressive vision. After completing his graduation in Electronic Engineering, Mr. Donde started this company to lease premium dark fiber optic services. Because of his vision the organization has scaled up today to provide over 20 premium services in the IT & Telecom industry. Under his leadership, Microscan pioneered new heights to become a preferred service provider for many telecom companies like Tata, Airtel, Vodafone etc. He has been recognized for his excellence in this field and has earned various awards such as ‘Young Achievers Award’ in 2011, ‘Bharat Gaurav Award’ in 2011, ‘Leaders of Tomorrow’ Award in 2013 and ‘Maharashtra Business Excellence Award’ in 2016.
Mr. Mahant leads the technical operations of the organization with very high quality benchmarks. With in-depth knowledge of electrical designs and engineering. Mr. Mahant has developed deep insights of its’ applications in the IT & Telecom sector. Mr. Mahant’s meticulous implementation of high-quality operational management increases efficiency and effectiveness of the business. His contributions have helped the organization achieve new heights in project management and safety procedures.
Pravin has diverse experience and a global exposure of managing large scale Network and Service Operations of over 25 years for leading global Telco’s – and has played a key role in setting-up multi-layered telecom operations across various organizations to achieve excellence & positive customer experience. Pravin holds credit of diverse & complex networks integration, executing transformation programs, which has led to transformation of poor performing areas / KPI’s into best-in-class functionality.
At Microscan Pravin is responsible to Lead the Newly setup Managed Services Strategic Business Unit while driving the implementation of new line of Services for the organization from concept to commissioning for its Enterprise and Telco customers and extend the footprint of Microscan at a Global level.
Anil Kumar Singh is a passionate and result-oriented Business leader with 28+ years of rich experience in ICT industry.
Highly Skilled in leading and building high performance team across Enterprise Business, Anil has Consistently created and executed innovative business strategies that have delivered sustainable results and long-term client relationship & satisfaction and effective partner alliances. With a Strong Business acumen & a techno-commercial expertise under his belt, Anil is a business leader with experience in fostering new business strategies, strategic consulting, product lifecycle management, global and key account management, solution and business development, along with Global service delivery management. In Microscan, he is driving the Sales and Business Development of Managed Services & Cloud Business for its Enterprise and SMB segment.
Anil is person who keep’s himself high on learning curve on new Business and Technology trends. He is a Certified Auditor for TL9000 and has done Cloud certification of AWS Cloud Practitioner & Gustie Sales Fundamental, E learning Harvard Certifications on Strategic Planning and Execution , Business Development , Innovation Implementation , Decision making and Effective feedback.
Khalid brings 19+ years IT experience, have led several global teams and few start-ups to deliver scalable and highly available business/technology products and solutions. He has expertise in IP, Data Centre, Multi Cloud, Cyber Security and applications addressing a wide range of business problems. He heads the Cloud and Data Centre in Microscan.
Mr. Ajay Bhosale is the Head of Technology Operations function . He is responsible for Introducing and implementing New Technology & Digital services along with building the entire service support for providing the Services to Market. He has 16 + years of rich experience in Telecom Industry and have worked with Major Telco providers within the Country. He has good knowledge and exposure for Network, Tools ,Systems and Processes and have major key role in inception of the Organizations technology path. He is very good in Design Thinking and utilizes the same principals and expertise in strategizing the transformation path for every customer. He continually contributes to vital and important decisions related to the business strategy.
